This is the brand new LawMate PV-CC10W Camera System, at first appearance a generic high-street coffee cup, it is actually a 1080p HD covert video recording system with WiFi!
LawMate innovation has improved an already great product. Setting new standards in ‘walk-around’ covert video recording, the new generation PV-CC10W is a complete video recording solution built into the lid of a coffee cup.
Supplied with three paper cups, the CC10W will actually fit all standard 90mm paper coffee cups. Extremely easy to operate, place this on top of your coffee cup and with single button operation you are ready to start recording 1080p high definition video.
The camera lens is extremely discreet and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor video capture. As with all LawMate video solutions, both the video and audio are law enforcement grade with time/day/date watermarking on the video. The built-in rechargeable battery will power your coffee cup recorder for up to 3 hours of continuous recording and is even supplied with a free 16gb Micro SD card.
At the touch of a button, the remote DVR will start up and be ready to record video or take stills photos in just 2 – 3 seconds. This DVR covert camera will vibrate quickly to let you know that it is active and recording.
HD Resolution Capability
HD refers to high definition or 720p/1080p resolution, 1080p is known as Full HD. This resolution is a significant step up from 480p which can be seen in the image (on the right).
The first figure (1920) refers to horizontal pixels and the second figure (1080) denotes vertical resolution. The simple difference between HD and SD images is the number of pixels contained in the image

H.264 Video Compression
H.264 is a video compression for digital video recorders to use when reducing video file sizes without losing resolution in the captured footage. H.264 standard compresses the footage so that only half the storage space is used however the same video quality is maintained. Advanced Video Coding (AVC) uses Macroblocks to process information in 16x16px blocks.
